I rate Harts service as excellent - I know that the goods will be with me the next day and if not I am called to advise what is on back order and how long it will take to arrive. The cost is also competitive.

The help that I receive from all that I have spoken to in the sales department has been great. Even with the scantest of information you manage to work out what I need and deliver it . Any returns I have are taken back with out a problem. In the circumstances where you do not supply the product yourself , for example, books and printing, I have been given the numbers of your book store and printers. I have then been able to urchase from these places still using my account. This has been extremely helpful and successful. One of the best things I like apart from the orders being delivered is that I am not pestered by telephone calls asking me if there is anything I need.

I would just like to say that your sales team are friendly and efficient. Harts are my best supplier and although I have been approached by several other Stationery outlets I will not change. They would have a long way to
match the service I get from all areas in Harts.

In my position as chief procurement officer in our National Office I have had dealings and ordering experience with multiples of suppliers.

The customer service representatives are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly and above all care, (which in this day and age is a rarity). Hart’s service manager has been implemental, in keeping me advised of products advancements, prices and above all maintaining her companies highest level of service. She has demonstrated, (again the great plus factor of Harts), depth of knowledge, product availability, alternatives and is personable and friendly.

To conclude, due to this unbeatable level of service and the fact we have found a supplier that “REALLY” cares, we look forward to many years of further dealings and orders.

Wanted to send you a quick note to give you some further feedback on the quality of the service that Harts are providing to XXXX members. The comments actually arose during a pre-tender meeting with one of the participating suppliers in the forthcoming Lab Consumables tender. During the meeting both BH of XXXX and RD of XXXX cited the great work that Harts had done during the implementation period of the stationery contract. They used this as an example to the supplier in question of the importance of having an implementation plan as part of the tender process. They also further commented that the implementation phase of the contract by Harts had actually meant that the ‘buy in’ of member companies to the contract was very high and meant that there would be few concerns with switching to a new supplier in other commodity areas.

I think that the team at Harts should take great pride in these comments and the fact that both Bernie and Richard used the work of Harts as an example to other suppliers. It is yet another example of the hard work that Harts have put into the XXXX contract and the positive impact that this has had upon our member companies.
